Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I'd say normal biscuits, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I am very fairly in love. And when chocolate chips are thrown in the mix? OMG!
Plus they simply require 15 minutes to make and clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!
This truly isn't a recipe. It's me telling you how to mix two things together for sweet satisfaction that you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural substances.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthy treat!) For whoever you are. That is unless you're allergic to peanuts or yoghurt. Sorry!
The possibilities are endless with these small bites! Consider adding in some of the following to create it your own:

Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans

Banana and oats bake with each other to make easy breakfast biscuits that yummy like banana bread!
2 vegan cookies large bananas, mashed
2 cups gluten free oats
If desired you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped almonds, almond or pecans
Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of bread; it is okay if it's not perfectly ground.
In large bowl mixed mashed banana oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then squirt a little using a rubber spatula. Makes about 16 cookies.
